I see people feeling the pain of change.

I just want to say, the way the forum looks and how it functions do matter, but the people here are what make me love this forum. I am fairly new, but I am not new to forums. I have not found one with the quality of people who are the life and soul of this forum. The culture here, of kindness with the desire to educate and help us all, just for the sake of helping is not out there anywhere else. If you like big egos relentlessly spewing subpar intelligence and knowledge, I can name forums you may love. I have found sites with crabby little people who love to correct and belittle, I have found the token 3 or 4 people who seem to go to threads just to fight with a chosen nemesis, hijacking a persons question, never to be answered. I have seen newcomers post questions and never hear from a living soul, who must feel rejected and a bit insulted. I don't see that here. @Dave, please realize my intention is good, but the forum you have is not why I come, in fact, this forum was more difficult for me to learn than most. Your people who help are amazing. But your whole membership of people is amazing. No matter how I goofed, someone always came along and assisted me. This place is great people, that are a collection who seem to have morphed into one special kind group, somehow requiring classy kind behavior without ever having to police one another.

As many of you all adjust and find areas changed here that are disappointing or require learning , please let me say, please stay. Give it some time. Think of the people who look for you daily, that will truly miss your plants, your humor and your knowledge. LOL, think of me.
Please stay, guys.
Even with the changes, I firmly believe, from experience, you will not find a place like this again.
I am adjusting to fewer posts and missing some of you, hoping all is well, but I am sticking it out, and hoping to see everyone sooner rather than later.
