That's strange, Sally... I wonder what's going on?

I have:

Row 2, Column 1
--Watcher Notifications
--Forums List

Row 2, Column 2
--Inspirational Stuff

I ended up using all the items that were available, but I put things like 'plant reports' at the very bottom.

My forums list is weird because it will tell me I have a 'new' item, but if I click on the forum it usually turns out that I have already read all the new items through the 'watcher notifications'!
