I see a white stuff there, get a Q-tip and dab with some alcohol to remove it. Check the underside of the leaves, if it is there too. Other than that, the plant looks okay to me, though too deep green which indicates it is getting limited light. Don't know where you are located, in my area, Fall time is good growing time for my jades, they like the cool temps and good light, so there is new growth coming usually at the center tips or anywhere up and down the nodes of the trunk or branch.
