Agree with Daisy it is Kalanchoe Mother of Thousands. Those little babies at the tips will eventually drop and you will have a new batch of new kalanchoes. Some growers like them, others hate them since they easily get into other containers, and grow like weeds, and rather hard to eradicate. If you intend to keep it, I would move it separately on its own container, it can easily over run the container.

I have mine outdoors in containers, and our mild winter cold controls their growth, thankfully.
