I am truly blessed to have such great friends here. I can't thank you enough for all your support and encouragement.
We hope to find out the condition of our house this morning. Someone who rode out the storm is going to try and go by to check for any damage and will send photos if there is anything significant. They couldn't do it earlier because there are thousands of trees down and we are told they are literally woven together and difficult to clear. They have opened the road into our county this morning but we still can't get to our island. Maybe tomorrow or Wednesday?????
Minds are like parachutes; they work better when they are open.
