I too am having problems with multi plant labels - I create the box and enter the name, but no label appears. I had this problem before the website change and continue to have it; the result is that I'm not uploading any multi-plant images (although I would like to!)
I was able to create and label multi plant images in the past, don't know what's going wrong now.
