You're right, Rosie...I use that one also! Today I was on the phone with my newspaper customer service (can we still call it that even though they're not very helpful?). It seems the newspaper came up with the really (not!) bright idea of automatically signing up all its subscribers to receive an extra sports magazine called Spurs Nation for an added price of $1 a week. Wow, what a mistake they made...now people are riled up! They're also going to charge $3.95 per printed bill mailed to subscribers. Why can't companies just leave well enough alone. I'm too old to start dealing with this crap! Well I opted out of the magazine and opted out of the printed bill. Now I'll have to pay them a more complicated way to avoid their "EZ Pay" option...don't like those automatic payments and way too old to change now!
