Having a problem with system messages ( the red bell icon ) ..I think it has occured with the update...but may be it started tad past that...
When I click on the icon..the messages appear with who sent thumbs up, etc.
I used to be able to scroll down to see all the messages.. now 98 percent of the time the screen behind the messages rolls ( the background ) but the messages won't move. I have to go out..click on the icon again...then click on "read past messages" because it will now say "you have no new messages" ..the the scroll function works fine.
I am on an iPad Air ..fully updated.
