Hopefully someone from your area will chime in with an answer for you but in the meantime some things to consider are whether plumeria are easily available or somewhat rare in your part of Texas. Can you visit a nursery and get an idea of what they might charge for one? It will help if you fill in the specific part of Texas where you live. It can be done on your profile page. Plumerias might be priced differently along the Gulf coast than they would in other parts of the state.
