Before Hurricane Matthew hit NE Florida, I put all my Plumeria in my garage to keep them safe during the storm. A few days after it passed and the rains were gone I brought them back out into the sun and noticed what appears to be roots growing out of the branches of one of my Plumeria. It lost many leaves for the 4 or 5 days and did get a lot of rain before being brought in. I'm trying to see if these are roots and if I need to do anything about them? Anyone know?
