Im trying to create an area in my basement for few plants. Cassandra, peta and then, rooting Persia shield , coleus. Few other house plants.. With my idea i will be moving plants around each day a little but hopefully just a little. Anyway im just going to kinda enclose the fire place area hook up lights so they are with in that area and not lighting up the basement like the 4th of july. Lol. Any advise is greatly appreciated too. Im not entirely closing a area off meaning they will still have air but one problem im having now is even with the best potting soil my soil isnt drying fast enough. My persian shields have suffered the most i think 2 pots have gotten mold. One seems to not be ok with it but the other is not affected at all. But then again iv been having some issues with thst persian shield anyways... so its al.ost dead or dead now. I had him for awhile n im sad about it. I trjed to save him but he very sloy died but i d k why. I rooted some persian shields potted them they too rooted but now seem to be struggling Idk wby . I have coleus doing great! Uhh see what else am i having trouble with. . Lucky bamboo dying when i5 put him into pot with soil rock sand water. Idk why. He was perfect before he was put into that pot he was in just water. . Headed into home depot. Ill keep reading comments through ty everyone! For any and all help and advice!
