There are some "cold weather" fungal "rots", and some " warm weather" fugal ones, as well...the "bacterial soft rot" (the one that really stinks !) seems to like the warm, humid times, here. Since I don't "do" seedlings, I'm not sure if , by being seedlings rather than full sized plants, they are more prone to one kind of disease over another Shrug!
