Hi & welcome! More info would be helpful to assess what might be happening. Are these plants in pots or in the ground? If in the ground, has it rained an ususual amount, or has there been a drought? Where in the world are they growing?

The concrete block wall can cause soil PH to be unnaturally high, which could cause a chlorotic (pale) and sickly appearance & compromised health.
