I feel the same. I just don't think I eat enough to be the size I actually am. Plus, I belong to a gym and exercise a lot.
I went to the gym this morning. Still not pushing the exercise to hard due to leg pain. I'm also wearing compression sleeves when I exercise, as recommended by my physical therapist.
Margaret, have you considered trying this? It's cheap enough, and easy enough, and shouldn't do any harm. My PT told me to use them only when I'm exercising or on my feet a lot. She said not to sleep in them. I ordered them from Amazon. Maybe they'd help your night leg pain.
This is the brand I bought, though any size appropriate one should be OK. Read the first review by M

I'm not sure what's helping my legs (stopping Lipitor? physical therapy? compression sleeves?
), but probably a combination of all the above. But I haven't had one of those night spasms in 3 or 4 weeks since I started this regime.
