I don't have Fancy Face, but wanted to comment on Arlene's picture. It is disappointing when the color of a daylily doesn't turn out like the pictures. I have to think though, with all the pictures of FF in the database from so many gardens, that the soil is an important factor. Are some daylilies more susceptible to color change due to soil than others? I don't know, but it doesn't make us any less enthused when we get one that isn't anything like what we expect.
