Lisa, when you make a post like this, you'll see the 'upload an image' box down in the lower left corner--like this. Click it.
That opens another smaller page that looks like this. Your pictures will be stored in one of the folder links on the left and usually called 'pictures', photos etc. Click the link
Once you click on the pictures link, your pictures folder will open. Then scroll to locate the picture you want to upload. Click on the picture. The image number or ID will be hi-lited in the file name box of the small window. Then click open and your photo will begin uploading.
