I have a confused little honeybee. There is nothing blooming in my back yard right now. I have been planting iris the last two nights so have had my bag of bone meal out. The bag is pink and white with a closeup picture of flowers on it. The poor little bee keeps putting his proboscis out to try to get nectar from the flowers on the bag. Last night was his second time trying.
I feel like I should buy something flowering just so he has real nectar to take back to the hive.
