I can laugh right along with you ladies, about your DHs, unfortunately, I'm the "lazy" one around here. He beats me getting up most mornings, and he's the one out there building the addition...... I wish I could be out there, but with these stupid knees of mine, I can't be.
He does tell me "don't overdo" and I tell him "oh, but I wanna!!
It's my sole purpose in life to overdo and hurt myself, doncha know?"
Seriously, sometimes doing the prescribed exercises will put me "under" for the day. serious pain, so of course I sometimes can't DO, let alone "Over Do"
