I have a friend roughly 1 hour east of here who grows lush rosemary as borders. He too lives in an urban area so maybe the few degrees extra from the urban heat island is enough to help.
Always looking for interesting plants for pollinators and food! Bonus points for highly, and pleasantly scented plants.
