This is the first year I've noticed vole damage in my gardens. If I can catch the plants early enough, I just pot them up until they get a root system again. I guess I wasn't watching closely enough, though... think I lost 3 plants. I consider myself pretty lucky after reading the path of destruction they leave in other gardens.
