Hi cheshirecat! I have been trying for over a year now to propagate jade leaves and ive had no luck! I hear that they are one of the easiest plants to propagate by leaf too, just leave them on top of dry soil and wait! Mine always shriveled before roots emerge. I have tried about a dozen leaves in the last year and just yesterday I noticed one is starting to root! The only thing I done differently this time was.. I left the leaf in the same pot as the jade on a bright sunny windowsill, all the others where put in a slightly shaded area.
