We have been very dry here...so the bird baths have fresh water daily, water sprinkler going with squirrels and birds bathing in the mist .
The deer have food and water put out each day and we are waiting for the new fawns to
show up with their mothers..if they survived predators this year.
Yesterday a lovely butterfly came to sip on the salvia.
It was a fleeting moment as my hands shook trying to position the camera to take its
picture.
