Mr. Heath really liked naming orchids after himself, didn't he? It's so pretty.

I have only one new bloom spike to greet me home from my trip - this is a small cork raft of 3 little Brassies that I got in Apopka last year. Only one had a tag, B. Jairak Kiss which is not a registered name if memory serves me. Anyway, here it is, and I do recall that it was cream with a purple striped lip when it bloomed last so ??? Shrug! It has two more good looking little spikes coming along, so we'll see how they look.

Yellow Bird still showing off the last spike, and Punakea nearly finished, but the pretty lip markings are more evident as the petals fade a bit.
