The bottom one is almost certainly japanese honeysuckle.
The top one might have some native coral honeysuckle in the mix.
Japanese honeysuckle should be pulled out, the slower growing coral honeysuckle should be encouraged.
Sadly, the japanese honeysuckle has a habit of showing up everywhere I attempt to grow the desirable native variety.

once you positively identify each honeysuckle, they become easier to tell apart... the native coral honeysuckle leaves are a bit whiter on the underside.
