I have never really liked yogurt. I have forced myself to learn to like some of the low calorie yogurts, but they do have more sugar in them than others, but since I don't like them much, I don't eat much of them.

They say our taste buds differ and some people's taste buds react strongly to bitter, sour, and tart more strongly than others. I guess that is me.

I have had to learn how to tolerate many foods that have those characteristics without trying to sweeten them up, but it is always a challenge. I can't even manage to find ways to cover the bitterness up with spices. It's like downing the worst tasting medicine you can imagine.

Greek yogurt unfortunately is what I call a "gag me" food. I keep buying some and trying to learn to like it, but so far, no matter how I try to use it, I just cannot find a way to make it go down well.

I have learned to eat many foods I thought I didn't like by just trying them in new recipes regularly over and over and over until I got used to them, but some foods remain "gag me" foods. Greek yogurt is one of them.

It's odd that I do like sour creme. Go figure ... Whistling
I'd rather weed than dust ... the weeds stay gone longer.
