It is practically impossible to identify a plumeria variety simply by its flowers. There are probably thousands of varieties now that so many folks are growing plumeria from seed. Years ago (perhaps 2-3 decades) it was far easier to identify plants because there were still relatively few out there. The Celadine is about the only one I can identify, not by its flowers, since there are now a dozen or more sub-varieties, but by the lateral border pattern of mature leaves. Those distinctive borders don't change. Note the three laterial veins along the leaf border. That's the Celadine.
