@epardo - Cannot tell you for sure on this seed, but I would doubt they are any good. 15 years is old seeds. Tropical seed tends to have less storage time than non-tropical. Any seed should NEVER be stored in a plastic bag, but in paper and kept in a dry, dark location. Preferably on the warm side. Air conditioning with a plastic bag container would contribute to a moist environment.
Were it me, I would try the seeds anyway - you have nothing to lose.
