I thought Anthracnose was the one that started at the ends of the leaves and worked its evil way back.
The reason I thought of bugs first is that the leaf nearest the bottom of your picture looks like it has pitted areas in the brown stripes. The big black area on the largest leaf looks like mechanical damage of some kind. ? ? Did a stick or branch fall on it from above, maybe?
I think I agree with Jim, since there's no sign of new growth anyway. Give it the heave-ho. More space for new babies from Rafael next week!
