Has anyone ever "ground" up avocado pits in their VitaMix? I would like to do that, as per instructions in one of my "Prevention" magazines. It said "heavy duty" blender. I have a VitaMix 5200. Whaddya think? Would it hang together if I threw a pit in there and turned it on???
