I posted this in the Healthy Eating Thread. Oddly, no one was interested so I though I'd post it here. Some good-for-you food:

If you don't want to go through the trouble of making yogurt, it is very easy to make Greek Yogurt from regular yogurt.

Get a big container of regular plain yogurt, your choice Lo fat, non fat or regular.
Place a coffee filter into a sieve and hang over a bowl. Put yogurt into the filter. Cover with Saran or Press and Seal. Refrigerate over night or longer. The whey will drain from the yogurt and you will be left with the thickened Greek-style yogurt. If you continue to let it drain for an extra day, you will be left with the even thicker yogurt cheese.

Mix in fruit, honey etc to naturally sweeten your Greek Yogurt. You can add herbs and spices to Yogurt Cheese for a good spread on crackers or in place of cream cheese on a bagel.
Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love Truly, Laugh
uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you Smile.
