My dad squashed jarred artichoke hearts in pan ...fried those in a bit of butter..... then in separate bowl would scramble eggs and break up in the egg bowl MATZO!! Unsalted. Add it to the artichoke fry pan.... cook til no wet stuff...It was the BEST DARN meal
