Likes and dislikes, medical needs, product accessibility, energy levels, finances ..so much plays into our dietary preferences.
I am guilty of getting so excited about something ..( OK Paleo wasn't my best idea ) ( but I STILL SAY ATKINS WAS!) that I want to share it and talk it up and sell it to all my relatives and friends. Because it excites me and I want them to understand what I am excited about...I can miss their cues. My sis gets so darn aggravated with me. My friends just tolerate it because I am so darn cute and lovable and they know I mean well. But, in hindsight I realize as my husband says " enough already!! I am not gonna eat that stuff! YOU EAT IT FOR BOTH OF US! But I do mean well, my heart is in the right place.
