This was my first rebloomer and it quite frankly caught me by surprise. I was out in the garden clearing out the green tomatoes due to an expected freeze. I had some extra iris plants in the area and noticed some buds that looked like they were close to bloom. We have had an extremely warm and dry fall and my mind chalked it up to that at first thought. Then I realized I had a rebloomer. I could not have been happier. We live in an rural area outside of Denver where my iris bloom 45-60 days later than in the city due to altitude and climate. In our conditions I never thought a rebloomer had a chance. I still have one ready to bloom and Halloween is just around the corner.
