Greetings. How are the taller Plumeria like the one pictured produced. Meaning, the ones that are 5 or 6 eet it seems before they branch? Is this from growing from a seedling? Do new trees from seedlings typically first grow several feet like this before branching out? Doesn't seem like the result of pruning off side branches until it's the height you want, since the main stem seems pretty uniform. could you get this result from a cutting (though imagine the cutting trying to branch at its short height). Thoughts?
