Okay you caterpillar guru's

Just found this cat on my rose bush (Rosa 'Joseph's Coat')...anybody know what it is?
***UPDATE*** closet match I've found is Noctuoidea - Owlet Moths and kin - Family -Erebidae, but no definite species
