I have ginger (common ginger, Zingiber officinale) in a hanging planter. That's pretty unusual. I should try to get some pictures of that now, especially since one of them is blooming. Next year at this time, I'll probably have some turmeric in a hanging planter as well.

I make hanging planters. So I have a lot more hanging pots and plants than many. I call my creations "rope art" though some look at my stuff and say "macramé". Technically, macramé is decorative knots, which are present in "rope art," but I also include hand braided sections and other artistic features not found in most "macramé" pieces.
