@Caroline Scott I started them about May 20 direct seeding all but the blue Hubbard.

@Wildflowers the green ones are the Greek Sweet Red, but un ripe. They turn a tan like color.

My favorite so far is the violina Rugosa. Best cut and half and baked. It is very hard to peel because of the thick skin.

The Greek sweet Red squash aren't all the way ripe yet. Peanut pumpkins are sweet, but not as sweet as a Long Island Cheese pumpkin.
