Aww, you had to ask. I have NO idea how to cook them. They look like cucumbers. I was sorta hoping to learn from whoever requested them, how to cook them.

Stir-fry and soup, is what I see online. I'm starting to run out of interesting Brassicas from Taionong, so I went outside my comfort zone with this seed order.

I thought I had requested a "Dento" winter squash that looked like the Hunchback of Notre Dame with lots of warts, but got the 'Super Nishiki Ebisu' instead. It was an alternate request, so they were probably out of 'Dento'.
