I'm in Zone 10 Orange county. Is now an okay time of year to transplant rooted Plumerias in ground or would I be better off waiting until early spring (February). I'm talking 2 - 5gallon sized plants. If I didn't move them into the ground now, then is my understanding correct that I could just store them in their pots in after the leaves fall off, with no watering at all until I plant? It wouldn't die? Thanks!
