Thanks Tarev, yes, the mini's I got were just packed with the moss. Took forever it seemed to get it all our of between the roots after I got them out of the tiny, looked like 2" plastic pot inside a clay pot without any holes. I think then that I'm going to order some 4" clear plastic orchid pots. The full sized Phals I got for 1/2 price were only packed in some nasty looking bark as they always are.
