Laughing!!! I remember after one year our town flooded and the levee north of me broke. I wasn't affected as it goes a bit uphill from there and it's 2 miles or more out of town. Helicopters were flying over and Channel 2 stopped and asked if I wanted to comment. I had a severe sinus infection. My voice was gravel. I was greasy, looked like death and in old clothes. Does it LOOK like I want to be on TV?????? I smiled, politely declined and went in the house for the rest of the day, lol!
