Ya know, I've tried to propagate my rosemary a few times, now, with no luck whatsoever. I will try your hint, Shoe, on layering, but has anyone been able to start it in soil from cuttings?

Kevin/Lee, I have the Arp cultivar , I'm in 7a - I think what has helped is that it's planted a) near my house and b) on a slope so even in the winter it doesn't sit in any wet soil for any amount of time.

This is one of the *very* few things that makes me long to live back in Arizona. It grows like a weed out there.
In the end, only kindness matters.

Science is not the answer, it is the question.
