They are my children. I think they still have an unfair negative reputation for being aggressive but they are very gentle by nature, unless you train them to be mean! They are so smart!
Goat, the one you picked out is my oldest going on 10. People think he looks mean. He's an awesome dog! He saved my life when he was only five months old! I might be exaggerating but not by much! We were on a walk when a buck in rut came flying out of the woods. The buck froze and so did I. My puppy immediately ran away. I just stood there frozen as the buck lowered his head and began swinging its rack back and forth and walked towards me. As it got closer, probably about six or eight feet, I could do nothing but stand there and say a prayer when my puppy came running back and let out a puppy bark at the buck. The buck turned and ran away! Whew! I love that dog!!
Okay, I could go on and on of course but I'll be quiet now.
