I know the amaryllis ..I have been living for several years.. the one I gave my mom started pooping out this year .. the foliage stays small on hers doesn't do anything.. even she hates to toss it because it's not dead.. the ones I have is got sick that year and just tossed the bulbs on top of my potted plants.. been thriving. . Very fortunate
