The chicken salad has red onion, celery, water chestnuts, dried cranberries and other dried berries, chopped pecans, mayo, and dried dill. The chickens were two family size rotisserie garlic flavored chickens.
All the bones and skin from the chickens went out in the side yard for whatever wild critters wanted them. All were gone the next morning.
Sounds like awesome chicken salad!!
