robinbunch5 said:My aunt's 91st birthday party was Saturday, of course it was pot luck to an extent. My niece Michelle and I made a large bowl of chicken salad for it, got lots of compliments on it. Made it like I make my brownies, what can I put in that most people wouldn't think of. The chicken salad has red onion, celery, water chestnuts, dried cranberries and other dried berries, chopped pecans, mayo, and dried dill. The chickens were two family size rotisserie garlic flavored chickens.
All the bones and skin from the chickens went out in the side yard for whatever wild critters wanted them. All were gone the next morning.

Drooling Sounds like awesome chicken salad!!
