They're the same price as the regular at Kroger. But you're right, Rita, most things have at least a little salt, often naturally occurring.

I kind of made up tonight's dinner as I went. The basic idea was to recreate lasagna, minus the pasta for my diabetic husband. It was spaghetti squash lasagna boats. I cooked the spaghetti squash whole in the microwave, let it cool, then cut in half and seeded. I removed the "spaghetti" from the squash, mixed it well in a casserole with ricotta, shredded mozarella and parm. I browned a little meat in skillet, added a little jar of pizza sauce, chopped fresh mushrooms, garlic, seasonings. Then I layered the spaghetti squash noodle/ cheese mix back into the shell, and layered with the meat sauce and topped with more shredded cheese. After baking, topped with chiffonade of fresh basil. It was good! Even my picky husband liked it. We had it with a big salad, and could only eat half of our lasagna boats.
