That is a luscious picture of a luscious plant. Thumbs up

Maybe those more expert than myself would know how to separate those sprouting heads now, but otherwise just sit back and watch for a while and eventually they'll be big enough to do well on their own, once they have grown roots. The increase in size gives you a clearer idea of how to separate them, and it also improves their chances for survival during the period when they are without roots and have not yet sprouted them. (The reservoir is bigger.)
