Enlarging the photo, one can see the thorns, that would also be an indicator for Hawthorn or Crataegus.
Not sure which Hawthorn it would be, but it is definitely not Euonymus.
The foliage and berry clusters are similar to the image by @kniphofia, but it is hard to tell if the leaves are identical to the photo by @NEILMUIR1. His leaves look more elongated in shape, and a bit more sparse. That could however be due to the fall changes in colour and texture, or to irrigation differences. I went through the first 5 pages of images for Hawthorn, but couldn't come up with a better solution.
Where do we go from here?
