I received my Neoregelia 'Violet Rose Fireball' from @Ardisia/Alice last week. Thank you Alice for offering this beauty for postage! Lovey dubby

Whereas 'Fireball' has short, broad leaves, this one seems to have longer, narrower leaves like it's parent, N. princeps. Neoregelia 'Violet Rose Fireball' (N. 'Fireball' x N. princeps)

I had an old, rusty metal planter in the garage; it has a flat back so that it can rest against a wall and I decided to use it for Bromeliads and hang it in my atrium.

Back left unknown Neoregelia (at one time it had a name but I don't remember what it was) a small 'Fireball' is at the bottom left, Back right is a Viresea splendens and front right is 'Violet Rose Fireball':
