I made this chicken the other day and we really liked it. Sticking tongue out

Caramelized Baked Chicken Legs

Ingredients

2 1⁄2 lbs chicken legs

1 2⁄3 tablespoons olive oil (to help it stop sticking to the pan)

1⁄2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup

3⁄4 cup honey

2 -3 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper

Directions;

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.

Line a 9x13 inch pan with heavy duty foil, makes clean up easier.

Place chicken in baking dish;

Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt & pepper to taste. (I added black pepper and a couple of
shakes of cayenne pepper to spice it up)

Pour over the chicken.

Bake in a preheated oven for one hour or until sauce is caramelized.

I served some of the extra sauce in small cups to dip the chicken in, delicious!

Could also be used wings or pork ribs.
